I really don’t want to comment on Warrior’s status over the last 6 months except to say that It was nice to win Salesmen of the year award honors and that I will return to my weekly blog.
My yearly vacation to Canada wasn’t as full-filling as it normaly is but I did get a chance to work the bench for the River Cree Warrior’s hockey team in the Chinook Hockey League. It was motivating and a great escape from the stress of my personal life.

I thank all of you for your support concerning the Warriors move to Freedom Chrysler Jeep. It was a well thought out decision to prove to the Warrior detractors that no matter where I went in the organization that Warrior would would still be #1.
Warrior will continue to bring the same 5 Star Service to all of my customers while offering quicker service and and a newer facility for the Warriors huge customer base. Its just a chance to get back to the basics of selling without all the outside distractions.
It is also a chance to assist in the training of young salesmen who want to get better. If the student fails to learn the teacher failed to teach and Warrior wants to teach those that want to learn. Warrior learned alot from Chad Drever while at Dodge Country and I want to pass those traits on to others.
There has to be a reason that Warrior won Salesmen of the month in Feb, March, April (tied) June and combined sales in July. Before you ask Warrior missed 3 weeks in Jan and 2 in May. That reason is because The Warrior works long hours, works the service drive, and uses all the company assets to be #1.
While others complain about the finance department, the marketing, bad credit, the inventory Warrior continues to outsell, outwork 98% of the sales staff day in and day out. Point being that you make your own breaks and that hard work will over come a lot of ills. Both stores offer great financing, good inventory and loads of clients, but it is easy for some to complain and not work.
Warrior shall return on 20 August from his extended vacation in Edmonton and looks forward to providing 5 Star service to all of his customers.

It was a long month and for it didn’t look like the King Of Dodge would do it but on 31 March @ approx 7 PM CST, Tw delivered his 20th car. On the 15th of the month TW was sitting at a mere 5 cars but an unbelievable 15 car push over the last two weeks salvaged the month and led to TW once again being named salesmen of the month.
“I don’t ever want to lose focus on my main goal which is to be Salesman of the month every-time out” TW said matter of factly. “TW is the straw that stirs the drink, a bonified superstar in the sales industry and I was embarrassed by my poor performance over the first two weeks of the month.” said a reflective Howard (TW) Kinsel.
“ TW didnt return to Killeen Texas to become a star, he brought his star with him. TW, like Barry Bonds and Terrell Owens will always have his detractors, but I realize that no matter what the other sales people say about not winning salesmen of the month, its all excuses and they dont have TW charisma, customer base, not do they have the ability to compete for 30 days with the strongest salesman this company has ever seen.” Kinsel added.

The Warrior after under going some life style changes in his personal life surprised everybody but himself byonce again winning salesman of the month for Feb 2007. Warrior started out the month slowly after returning from from Edmonton Alberta Canada on 27 January.
“I thought I had it all, master certification, salemen of the year awards, new truck and a trophy girlfriend, but at the of the day all I really have is my dealership and the customers that have stuck by me and have continued to support me and my ventures.” a reflective Warrior said just prior to sending out a press release announcing the end of a 6 year relationship with the former owner of the Texarkana Bandits of the Central Hockey League.” : Bobbi and her kids meant everything to me. Its disheartening to have had this relationship end but I wish her all the best” Warrior continued. ” I will just put more effort into becomming the best salesmen I can be.”
My life has been an open book and I will continue to be the King of Dodge but there will be no radio show this year. I Thank all of you that helped me during this tragic time of my life. I have my mind back and am focused on making March 2007 the best month ever for me and my extended Dodge Family.

”I thank the management of Dodge Country for understanding my unique situation and understanding my injuired ankle doesn’t allow me to work 12 months out of the year. 27 cars in October was sureal as was winning Salesmen of the month 3 times while working the Internet” Warrior added while packing for his return to the United States.
“When The management staff allowed me to leave early on 30 Sept to be ring side announcer for my first professional fight. I knew I had to put forth extra effort in October. Winning Salesmen of the year and being master certified are great but 2007 has to be a stronger year. I thank my customers for making this the best year ever!” an exited Warrior added.
